Camping Lago di Monate

The campsite is located directly on Lago di Monate and has a beautiful sunbathing lawn on the beach. You can enjoy a wonderful swim here or grab a boat from the pedalo rental to explore the lake from the water. Perfect for relaxing days by the water!

You can expect around 130 pitches on hilly terrain with a surface of gravel and grass. Many pitches are comfortably shaded by deciduous trees. Please note, however, that a large proportion of the pitches, especially near the lake, are occupied by permanent campers.

The site is located in the flight path of Milan airport, which is about 7 km away. This is good to know if you are very sensitive to noise. On the plus side, the location directly on the idyllic lake is unbeatable, and the site is a great, simply equipped and dog-friendly base.

As prices vary depending on the season, it is best to enter your travel dates directly to check the latest daily rates. You should plan for the following cost factors:

• Overnight fee for pitch and people
• Electricity connection (if required)
• Any fees for dogs (dogs are very welcome!)
• Tourist tax of the municipality of Comabbio

Since the pitches are on gravel and grass, you should pack some sturdy pegs for harder ground in addition to standard pegs. This ensures that your tent or awning stands absolutely secure, even on the gravel sections.

For your breakfast, there is a practical bread roll service directly on site, so you can enjoy fresh baked goods in the morning. For larger shopping trips or restaurant visits, you can easily reach the nearby town centre of Comabbio in a short time.
