The advantage of this campsite is its proximity to the lake. The downside is that the facilities are very outdated and not clean, and we also feel there are too few amenities for the number of pitches available. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this campsite is also not recommended. However, there are beautiful hiking trails around the lake accessible from the campsite.

This site is a disaster, the dining facilities are a construction site, and the minimarket has been closed for years. Access to the lake is not easy, and swimming is questionable.

It was good that there weren't too many people at the campsite and on the lake. We found it bad that there was a fence leading to the lake. What's that about? There were several access gates by the fence? But only the middle one was open. What's that about? Since the gate was closed at 11:00 PM, you couldn't go night fishing. Also, you couldn't get everything for fishing at the lake as stated in the description on the campsite's website. You first had to get a valid 3-month permit for 15 euros at the post office. Afterwards, you had to get a day ticket for as much as 20 euros. So, for 2 days of unsuccessful fishing, I paid 55 euros. I don't believe that Italians pay several thousand euros a year to fish there. Tourist scam!!!

More info about Lago Arsiè Camping Village
Swimming fun by the water or sporty hiking tours? Lago Arsiè Camping Village in the Veneto region combines both thanks to its charming location on Lake Corlo at the foot of the Dolomites!
Relaxed and active holidays between water and the Dolomites
The charming location directly on Lago del Corlo makes Lago Arsiè Camping Village a beautiful destination for a relaxing and active summer holiday with the whole family. Four-legged family members are also welcome guests at the dog-friendly campsite. Nothing stands in the way of the whole family having fun swimming together on the campsite's private beach. Meanwhile, a kayak trip across the lake is a sporty activity. Speaking of sports: active holidaymakers can enjoy a variety of hiking options in the wooded hills of the Dolomites that rise high above the lake. There are also attractive opportunities for keen climbers to really work out on holiday.
Alpine views while relaxing on the private beach
The campsite welcomes holidaymakers on the western shore of Lago del Corlo in the Veneto region of northern Italy near the municipality of Arsiè, which gives the campsite its name. Nature lovers will be delighted by the special location of the campsite in a quiet valley right on the lakeshore. The densely wooded mountain ranges of the Dolomites rise high above the lake. This offers the best conditions for combining a summer beach holiday in a Mediterranean ambience with hiking excursions in an Alpine setting. Those who prefer action-packed holidays can go on sporty mountain bike tours in the mountains. The lagoon city of Venice and the cities of Padua, Vicenza and Trento, also known for their ornate architecture, are within a radius of around 60 km to a maximum of 110 km from the campsite. If you are planning a day trip to Vicenza, you can follow in the footsteps of Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio. The plans for numerous magnificent villas such as Villa Rotonda originate from his hand. Lago Arsiè Camping Village has a private beach. For water lovers, the pitches in the first row directly on the shore are particularly attractive. Smaller purchases can be made in the campsite's mini-market. If you don't want to cater for yourself, you can savour typical Italian cuisine in the campsite restaurant. If you don't want to choose between a beach holiday and a hiking holiday, Lago Arsiè Camping Village is a great mix of a relaxing holiday and an active holiday.
