Spacious, intricately designed and landscaped site on two terrain levels. Partly shaded by tall pine trees, partly divided by medium-sized deciduous trees, palm trees, and oleander bushes. Separate area for guests with dogs. Located between the sea and the road. Separated by disused railway line with underpass. Own helicopter landing pad.
Access to water
Approximately 400 m long and up to 20 m wide inclined sandy beach in front of a rock embankment. Access via several stairs. 200 m further, the beach is eroded, leaving only rocks behind. The sand is regularly replenished.
