The shade from the many trees was wonderful; it was 33 degrees. The pool and the sanitary facilities were also top-notch.
At the pool, many (lounge) chairs were 'reserved' by local visitors using towels. This happened early in the day, leaving the camping guests who went cycling during the day without any available (lounge) chairs when they returned to the pool. The locals arrived later in the morning. Some would buy an entry wristband that was later passed at 3:00 PM to locals who hadn’t purchased one. It was quite deceptive. The security staff didn't notice this. Furthermore, the ladies wore dresses while swimming, even though in all of France, for hygiene reasons, tight swimwear is required. Standplaats/Huuraccommodatie: Nice spacious spot. No negative information.

Location good for cycling and walking. Public transport links great. Clean an friendly site. Pitch/rental accommodation: Good value for money
Limit the access to the lovelly swimming pools. It appeared that half the local community just walk in the front gate and go in to the pool before the security man bothers to turn up. Pitch/rental accommodation: ACSI pitches looking tired already. During quiet periods spread the wear & tear.

Proximity to castles and cycling track Location/Rental accommodation: Very outdated. Two nights was sufficient.
Swimming pool needs to be larger with more loungers and the old mobile homes need replacing. The campsite was very noisy, probably due to the long Whit weekend. Tables of people of around 20 were dining and it got very loud, with laughter and chatter. They do not eat on their terrace; they move the tables and gather together. In short, it’s not easy to find peace and quiet. Location/Rental accommodation: Villandry.

Pleasant family-friendly campsite with its swimming pool and outdoor games. Location/accommodation: Pleasant but could be improved.
The swimming pool is only heated by the sun, so when the sun isn't shining and with each person's descent, the water becomes cold. Location/accommodation: The sofa is too soft, the seating sinks in, and there are no plates or mugs, which is a pity for breakfast.

Good mobile home Location/Rental accommodation: Good mobile home
Noise Location/Rental accommodation: Very noisy campsite in September 2025. Next to two mobile homes connected by a shared terrace. Very loud neighbors in the evening, and to top off our one-week stay, an American festival with motorcycles and cars! Festivalgoers on Harleys racing in the campsite at night, large cars revving their engines... to be avoided for the noise!!!
