This is my favorite kind of spot - when an economical choice is better than an expensive one. We stayed in the loft and we got a comfortable, homey, relaxed, generously-sized family lodging. Well thought-out, the equipment and furnishings were chosen by someone who has fed and kept a family before. The bedding was a pleasant surprise - really nice mattresses and pillows and comforters. We felt right at home, and the price was great. Sooo well situated near the ski station, another great surprise! Friendly and available owners, just great! Emplacement/Hébergement locatif: Comfortable and generously sized. Thoughtful furnishings.

The only downside for us was that the single beds slid around a bit, which wouldn’t be a problem for adults, but with wiggly kids we had a couple of middle of the night close calls where they almost fell.

We had an excellent stay at the Ferme Noémie. The chalet was super cozy, clean, and peaceful. Close to the ski resorts of Alpe d'Huez and Vaujany, as well as the 2 Alpes. Also near Allemond, where the cable cars provide quick access to the slopes of the resorts. We will surely come back to enjoy this very friendly place. At the end of September/beginning of October, we were the only guests, so it was very quiet. The surroundings were also absolutely peaceful. Very nice apartment, fully equipped. Great view from the balcony of the mountains. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. A lovely walking path along the river to Le Bourg (about 6 km).
