Loved the location, friendly staff, lovely pool, clean basic facilities. The whole site was clean, well cared for and felt like we were friends visiting g. Relaxed atmosphere. The dog loved the river and the walks into the countryside straight from the site. WiFi worked well and 2 minutes into village with all facilities such as restaurant, bar and bakery. Pitch/rental accommodation: Pitch next to river with electric 2 people and a dog. Good wifi from the pitch. Level and quiet site.
All great. Mixed facilities may not be for all but we were fine with it. Pitch/rental accommodation: All really good

🤝 The pool was clean and had enough sun loungers. Site/Accommodation: The river next to the spot was nice. 👎 We had a very tight spot. We had checked that our caravan is 6 meters long, but the spot was too small. The caravan couldn't fit widthwise, only lengthwise. Normally, this isn't a problem, but the awning no longer fit, it was very narrow. The owner came to look and understood the issue, but the campsite was fully booked, and we could only get another spot a day later. We only stayed here for 3 nights, so moving everything again the next day wasn't appealing. Tip for when you book: give generous measurements to avoid this happening.

Good camping pitches, spacious, some with shade, which is very nice with temperatures above 30 degrees. Pitch/Rental accommodation: Great, spacious, enough shade, by the stream.
Wider opening hours for the swimming pool.

If you get a nice, shady spot in the front row by the river, you have it good. Unfortunately, we were right next to the pool where it was very loud all day into the night. The reception was very friendly, but the restaurant only offered pizza and burgers. The toilets/showers were only separated by plywood walls, without toilet lids, and not divided by gender. All in all, not very recommendable, despite a beautiful location. 72 EUR for 2 nights with a VW van, 2 people, and 2 dogs, including electricity.

If you're looking for a dream location in the south of the Ardèche for a holiday in nature, Camping La Claysse is the place for you. The campsite with pool borders a picturesque stream ### Colourful leisure programme at the campsite in the Ardèche La Claysse campsite is located near Saint-Sauveur-de-Cruzières, bordered by wooded mountains and the river La Clayesse. The pitches, which are equipped with electricity and water, are mainly in the shade of old trees. The mobile homes in various sizes are very popular with families.
