Camping Maeva Escapade La Clairière in the French municipality of Saint-Paul-en-Born is wonderfully nestled in the heart of the Landaise forest on the banks of a river. Accordingly, there is plenty of peace and quiet and a great swimming area by the river. There is also an outdoor pool with paddling pool. Children can enjoy a playground and an entertainment programme. They can also go pony riding 3 kilometres away, while there is a golf course 7 kilometres away where they can relax. On the course itself, mini golf, a sports programme and beach volleyball provide entertainment. There is also a bike hire service to explore the beautiful surroundings. A restaurant, snack bar and grocery shop provide good catering and the nearest supermarket is only 7 km away.

👎 Shaded and large location. Close to all types of shops Location/Rental accommodation: Large and shaded 👎 Water cut off between 11 PM and 7 AM… not great for campers who need to go to the bathroom at night

👍 3 weeks in a caravan and great despite the weather. The pitches are a bit too close together but that creates a friendly atmosphere. The team is excellent and always smiling.
