We spent two nights in a very calm and peaceful place. The welcome was very good and the lady at reception was very kind. The sanitary facilities were very clean, with plenty of hot water. 👍 We have stayed at La Chatonnerie at least 5 times. We no longer have a camper, but we find the facilities for tourers, based on our previous touring experience and in comparison with other sites, to be of a very high standard. The Super Mercure mobile homes are in a class above. M & Mme Maris have consistently maintained their standards over the years, which is why we have returned so often - to a friendly welcome from them and the wonderful canine reception committee! Emplacement/Hébergement locatif: The layout is very well thought out, and the views across the Isle valley from the pitch are lovely, especially at dusk - we always find we can drive up, walk in, and relax. The camping is ideally placed to visit the beautiful Perigord/Limousin Natural Park, with lovely walks. 👎 We honestly cannot think of anything! Emplacement/Hébergement locatif: Nothing!
