Sanitary Facilities & Campsites are a No-Go!
The sanitary facilities are very outdated. In the showers, you can only turn on the water and cannot regulate the temperature. The shower heads urgently need to be cleaned. There are about 5 water jets, of which 4 go sideways and you only have one for showering. The cleaning staff was absolutely unf… More

Nice place for a weekend
Nice place for a weekend. Uncomplicated facility with a lake. Playgrounds are nice, and there is a small indoor pool included. There is also an indoor area for children and several opportunities to engage in sports. Arcen itself is a small, nice, interesting town.

Nice campsite, but not suitable for us to repeat.
We stayed there for a weekend with our caravan. We arrived very late and first had to search for our plot. At 11:15 PM, we gave up to avoid disturbing other people. We then parked on a plot and found our actual place the next morning. It was simply very poorly marked. Water was actually at the parki… More

beautiful location
beautiful location, but only outdated wash houses, small parking spaces, and no good access roads. Furthermore, there was an extreme caterpillar infestation that none of the responsible parties addressed. Some vacationers even had to cut their holiday short for health reasons.
