I was in contact via email to reception on a couple of occasions and they were very helpful. They were able to change the dates of my stay with no issues. Pitch/rental accommodation: Grass was a little long but all in all the pitch was great and allowed us to park the Motorhome that was best for us. (The fridge vents out of the midday sun)

Lady in the bar area where touring pitches are needs to have better customer service when speaking to clients. Didn't like you using their toilets even though you are staying on the site.
