The girls are great and super nice and helpful. Daniel is dishonest and threatens to call the police to clear up misunderstandings. Respect!

Nice campsite directly adjacent to the beach at Lake Constance, kiosk with food truck (containers for takeaway required, hot kitchen only until 7:00 PM!) at the site. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the sanitary facilities are clean. Wi-Fi is free, but discount stores in the immediate area are rare (village shop in the neighboring town). Good ... free tickets for public transport. Recommended are day trips to Konstanz, Mainau Island, or by ferry to Überlingen. Generally well-developed network of cycle and hiking paths. The open design of the sanitary building exudes the charm of a converted industrial hall, bad ... showers accessible only from the outside (shower tokens 1€/3 min.), sometimes too small cabins (freedom of movement!), washing area and toilets not spatially separated, washbasins without siphon (smells when washing).

We were with our dog at this campsite, but apart from a few small spots, dogs are forbidden everywhere. Even around the campsite, there are very few options to walk with the dog.

We (2 people with a dog) were with the in-laws (without a dog) at the Klausenhorn campsite. We had booked a dog spot, the in-laws one without a dog. During the breakfast visit, we were approached unfriendly by the lawn staff, saying we had "nothing to do here with a dog". All the neighbors liked our dog and did not understand. Later, Mr. S. at the reception threatened to immediately expel us from the in-laws' spot during our next visit with a dog (house rights). We also experienced curt, unfriendly answers at the kiosk. Nice location, but due to the threatening and disrespectful behavior of some staff members, the holiday was clearly marred.

We felt very comfortable, the sustainable concept is great (reuse, waste separation, shower time), family atmosphere, nice staff, always clean sanitation facilities - organic roll service and great snacks

Deposit depending on the height of the booking price is quite high and if you have to cancel (up to 14 days in advance), because you cannot come, it is completely gone! It would have been over 100€ for us. Wi-Fi reception is not available at every spot, as the amplifier does not reach that far. The spot we booked was given to someone else and we were informed that we had no claim to a reserved spot, even though this was confirmed by email. On the premium spots, everyone has water and wastewater connections, which is great. But the faucet, when you want to fetch water with a bucket at the station, was broken. The cleaning of the sanitary facilities was also great, although the extra fees for showering could be left out. I do not think we will come here again.

We had a spot right at the edge next to the swimming beach/playground, which was totally fine during the day... when traveling with kids, you expect a corresponding noise level during the day when you see many families. Unfortunately, it was also very loud at night due to shouting/partying adults. The edge location was otherwise suitable for us; being right in the middle of many others on small lots would have been too cramped for us personally, as we also enjoy a bit of privacy even while camping. Unfortunately, the images here can be misleading, as the ground is all gravelly and mostly very uneven. We found the sanitary facilities sufficiently clean, although showering was quite expensive... a bright spot here is the free-to-use children's bath, which our child really liked. We liked the kiosk offering, as there are also vegan options and the online-orderable baked goods come from a bio bakery. On Fridays, there is a local market on site, which during our arrival sadly consisted of only 2 stalls (sausage/cheese and antipasti), which I think is a great idea and could definitely be further expanded. Overall, we found the offer with free-to-use bus, swimming beach, etc. suitable for a short vacation and would especially return with children.

Families with children as well as couples appreciate the spacious pitches at the Klausenhorn campsite. All guests love the fantastic location right on the water and the exciting leisure programme.
If you want to spend a fantastic holiday on Lake Constance, the Klausenhorn campsite is just the place for you. The well-kept site with 230 pitches is located between the fishing villages of Dingelsdorf and Wallhausen, around 12 kilometres from Constance. The unspoilt shores of Lake Überlingen - as the western part of Lake Constance is also known - are perfect for relaxing and swimming. The wellness oasis with its extensive range of massages and regular yoga classes also provide relaxation. Active holidaymakers can let off steam playing beach volleyball or cycling. During the summer holidays, guests meet at the wood-fired oven and bake delicious bread rolls and pizza together. In summer, the "Campingkirche" leisure club also visits and delights the youngsters with exciting children's entertainment. The children's playground also guarantees lots of fun.
Camping guests appreciate the friendliness of the staff at the Klausenhorn campsite. The large pitches and good public transport links thanks to the nearby bus station are also popular. The sanitary facilities are modern and clean, and barrier-free toilets and showers are also available. A cosy restaurant in the lido right next to the complex caters for guests' culinary needs. In the morning, a bakery van stops at reception and provides holidaymakers with fresh bread rolls, sweet pastries and dairy products.
