Camping Idéal

The place is great. Unfortunately, there are campers who feel they are alone (music and the neighbors getting high with the charcoal grill) and the campsite managers do nothing. Too bad.

The registration takes place in French and English. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The spots are slightly sloped and all covered with grass, the majority of which is between trees. At night it is absolutely quiet. The pool area is a paradise for children. There are three sanitary buildings. Two of them are newer and one is older. But all three sanitary buildings were clean. The restaurant offers good food at fair prices. (e.g. hamburgers with fries, pizza, and much more). However, you definitely have to reserve spots. There is also a small shop. Here you can order bread and rolls for the next morning. There are plenty of shopping opportunities near the campsite. (Aldi, Lidl) During the long Pentecost weekend, the campsite was almost fully booked. Therefore, reserving a spot during the holiday season would be sensible. Discounts are available with the ADAC and ACSI card.

Very good pool facilities. Good playground. Great for children up to 14 years old. Sanitary facilities are clean.

Simple campsite with great pool facility and spacious playground. We stayed there for 2 nights while passing through. Due to Corona, there were only 2 other campers on site, so we cannot evaluate how the campsite is when fully occupied. The sanitary facilities are simple but clean.
