Scam to the tenth degree, We had a large pitch No.63 that turned into a pond in the rain, so we could no longer leave the site under our own power. Help from the site operator was non-existent, not even a towing company was called by the reception. After two hours and 150 euros of costs, we were able to be pulled about 50 centimeters onto solid ground and leave the site. Even the ADAC was not helpful with our problem.
