Great camping for kids

A fun, large and busy campsite. If you want peace and quiet, book pitches 843 to 850 or 860 to 867. Pitches 876 to 873 are also fine. The only downside is that in row 876 to 883, people from the next pitch walk over your spot to the toilets. The rest of the pitches are packed too closely together and are arranged haphazardly across an open field. Pitches 884 to 888 are extremely sloped and should not be booked. The sanitary facilities are always super clean; I read reviews that the interior is very dark, which is true, but it is always clean and very beautiful. A choice was simply made for dark colors, which makes it darker. There are cooking facilities with ovens and a free dishwasher, which is really ideal. The outdoor pool is connected to the indoor pool (swimming pool with diving boards and jumping towers near the campsite), and from the indoor pool, there is a gate leading to the Lost City pool. There is hardly any disturbance from the train.

The essential feature of this campsite is: too expensive. This luxury campsite offers everything one needs and perhaps even much more.. Of course, this comes at a price. The pitches are nicely arranged and flat. The sanitary buildings are new and usually clean. You can reach the town center very quickly by bike.

Gerd Z. from WST

It was a good place; if 5 stars are the highest category, then the 5 stars are not justified. The staff was okay, the place is great, and the sanitary facilities are very modern and kept dark, not always practical. It would be great to have options to clean one's washing area; shower stalls are small. In the ladies' area, the drains in the showers are clogged, not pleasant when everyone is standing in the shower water. Inspections could remedy this. Unfortunately, the shops on the site were closed, only opening on weekends at 11 AM, too late for rolls. Cycling into town is great, short and along good bike paths, excellent. Sometimes you can miss the love for detail, then you get 5 stars; three and a half fits.

In the low season OK

Pleasant6

Jonas

We experienced the place in April, and thus in the low season. The store was closed, the additional facilities (playroom for children, mini-golf…) as well, even the reception was unmanned. This was relocated to the swimming pool at the other end of the area. The toilet outlet was also obviously closed due to the season. Instead, Camp Clean could be used for free. Since this was unfortunately not clearly indicated, the disposal took on interesting proportions for some guests. The toilet was taken into the WC cabin, and the dishwashing sinks in the outdoor area that were blocked off for winter were also clogged with the blue paper residues in the sieve.

for me no 5-star camping feeling

Pleasant6

Floh

This campsite has been awarded 5 stars and actually offers a lot of entertainment, activity, and comfort. The only service building open to us is very modern, warm, well-equipped, and well thought out. However, not entirely well thought out. The atmosphere is very dark due to the black tiles and walls, the light is sparse, and fresh air is insufficient. The shower stalls are very cramped and offer no storage space. In the family washroom for small children, there is only child-sized sanitary equipment. Adults have to bend down or wash in another room. Children cannot open the doors by themselves. The kitchen is absolutely clean and very well equipped. Modern and functional. A free dishwasher serves its purpose well. The price is quite high, and the offerings in the shop and restaurant are very good. The playground and the pool are great. The location is central, but the street can be heard.

Very good and beautiful campsite. Since we were there after the Swedish holidays, the site was only 1/4 full. The sites with water connections are large and well located by the lake. A really good swimming pool with long slides and a wave pool belongs directly to the Gustavsvik area. However, it must be paid for separately. Children 145 Kr, adults 195 Kr. Which is absolutely okay since the pool has a lot to offer. On our trip to Sweden, this was our longest stay. Örebro is also a very beautiful city.
