The location of the site is simply superb! The site itself has aged: bad paths, unkempt, sanitary facilities have been modernized, but they are cleaned only once a day early in the morning, dirty, and after a day at the beach in the evening, no longer usable. For elderly and disabled people, there are no holding opportunities and places to sit because the cabins are too narrow, hardly any storage space, and a miserable hook for clothes or towels, broken washing machines - only 2 machines still work - and these were permanently blocked during our stay by English-speaking vagrants who had set up their summer quarters here with several caravans. The wooden house where you could wash your dishes is a joke. Dirty and unkempt. Apart from the two men who were always out with their lawnmowers, unfriendly staff. Hospitality looks different. The icing on the cake is the shop where you can buy fresh rolls. Unappetizing to concerning! The 'Restaurant Seestern' could - if it wanted to - be a nice restaurant. Unfortunately, it smells from afar of old fat, which spoils your appetite. The regulars' table that finds itself daily in front of the shop to drink their beer and smoke doesn't seem to be bothered by the dirt in the shop and the smell of fat and mildew. All in all, a shame for this place in a beautiful location.

Only stayed there one night. Unfortunately, the sanitation facilities were not very clean. Also, the kiosk unfortunately smelled quite musty. The staff was fairly friendly.

We booked for 3 weeks, as advertised with water and wastewater directly at the site. However, we received a spot without direct water and wastewater connection in a corner where mainly tents and vans were located. Before our arrival, we called to ask if the site was big enough, with a caravan 2.30m wide plus a normal awning plus a car. We were assured that all the spots were sufficiently large and everything would fit, but unfortunately that was not the case and our car had to be parked outside. The showers are a disgrace, more akin to a high-pressure cleaner than a shower, our big child didn't like to shower much and rinsing hair takes forever, and that for paid showers. We know much better than that. The location is great between Laboe and Stein, and the beach is directly accessible via steps from the site. Overall, the campsite is okay but managed very poorly, with spider webs everywhere on the windows, rubbish spread around the site, and the allocation of the spots is very chaotic. We would not book here again.

Everything is always clean, well organized, nice people, everyone greets you kindly, which has almost gone out of fashion. Restaurant in the square, good food also for takeaway, a small shop provides all that is necessary. Laboe and Stein are also reachable on foot. The shower costs 14 cents per minute. One thing that really bothered us: WLAN costs 3 euros per day and device, and with 2 phones and a tablet that comes to 9 euros. Others can do it for free.

Very beautiful location on the Kiel Fjord right at the steep coast with a wonderful view directly over the Baltic Sea. Very good organization and helpful reception. Showers cost extra. With the bus almost in front of the entrance, you can get to Kiel directly Mon-Fri at times. Highly recommended - but only without a dog.

At Camping Fördeblick, families with children, couples or single travellers can stay above the cliffs and enjoy the often uninterrupted view as far as the horizon, where the sky meets the shimmering Baltic Sea.
As soon as the caravan, motorhome or tent is parked on the green meadows of Camping Fördeblick, the little ones hop on their bikes or scooters and set off. Other little campers are already waiting for new holiday friends on the playground, the volleyball court and in the Kids Club - the cliff is protected by a fence. Steps lead down to the beach from the 2.5-hectare site. In the shallow water, the little ones can explore the creatures in the silt with a shovel and bucket. Guests can park their cars right next to the pitches and enjoy electricity and cooking facilities. Campers on the Camping Fördeblick site spend their holidays outdoors from April to the end of September. The site has Wi-Fi, a kiosk, sanitary facilities with showers and barrier-free facilities. Nature-loving holidaymakers spend carefree holidays in the fresh Baltic Sea air, stroll along the coast to nearby Laboe and visit the naval memorial and submarine. They can enjoy the vibrant life on the romantic promenade, savour fresh fish dishes in the local restaurants and take a break with their children in the playground on the white sandy beach.
The uncomplicated holiday life at the campsite in Laboe ensures satisfaction from the very first moment. When the little ones take a break from playing with an ice cream, everyone marvels at the passing cargo ships on their way to Kiel harbour. Serenity and leisure set in, the salty wind gives guests new energy and recharges their batteries. Active holidaymakers can clear their heads on a bike tour across the dyke towards Stein and then fortify themselves with a tasty snack in the rustic restaurant. After a relaxing and varied day, the camping guests are perfectly happy. At dusk, they pull their folding chairs up to the cliffs, lean back, relax and immediately fall in love with the marvellous sunset over the Baltic Sea.
