Discrimination against dog owners here as well

Condor
It's a shame really, a quite nice campsite, unfortunately the overall impression is marred by the greed of the management and the discrimination against dog owners. For each dog per day, €4.00 is due. Benefit = 0, not even poop bags are provided. Children also cost €4.00, but there are 2 playgrounds, a children's toilet, and washing areas, do you notice the difference compared to the fee for dogs? For us, the site is dead. Dear dog owners, avoid places with fees for dogs, it's pure rip-off for us. P.s. Be honest and say that you don't like dogs. As in the peak season.

You can, but you don’t have to...

Nice place, beautiful close beach access, but the three sanitary facilities date back to the seventies. Brown tiles, limescale, and mold. If only they would invest at least the money they take in into the facilities. They could completely close and renovate one of the three sanitary facilities at a time. And the fact that pets are completely banned is unreasonable. Why go camping instead of staying in a hotel? So that you can experience something with your dogs....

Good Site with Minor Flaws

This is our second time here with the caravan, and we have learned from other places that there are much better sanitary facilities than those available here. The showers are very cramped and the shelf space is far too small, which means things can get wet under certain circumstances. Because of this, I only shower in a bathrobe now. It can be hung up, and nothing will get wet. Fresh things are then available in the caravan. Another drawback of the very small shower cabins, which are similarly found in many other places, is that water from the neighboring cabin splashes on your own feet. The cleaning of the sanitary facilities takes place in the mornings, which can sometimes be a bit of a hindrance. Also, only superficial cleaning seems to be done. Tiles seem to be neglected and some showers are quite calcified. Otherwise, the site is quite nicely located. The beach can be reached on foot, and the water enters very shallowly (very good for children), you can ride bikes very well, the kiosk on the site is well-stocked and has good bread and delicious rolls. We had a very good meal in the restaurant last year; we haven't been there this year yet. But you can also get quite a good meal at the snack bar for little money. Most sites are equipped with water, wastewater, and electricity and are separated from each other by hedges. In summer, dogs are not welcome, which obviously only applies to vacationers.

Very Good Location

I have already been there for the second time and we had great weather. Despite Corona, everything was uncomplicated. What I still find good is the automatic barrier that recognizes the license plate and lets you drive to the spot. The campsite is very centrally located to Kiel, Laboe, etc. The sanitary facilities are a bit older but very well-kept. What we didn't like was the overly expensive restaurant. On the first night, we arrived quite late and then still had to set everything up, etc. We were hungry and went to the restaurant. Unfortunately, there was little choice at expensive prices. The food was good, but my wife was not allowed to take a children's plate. Otherwise, a great campsite with a great location. The beach is very close and easily accessible on foot.
