The sound of the Adriatic Sea can be heard from almost every pitch at Euro 92 Camping and Rooms. Tall pine trees provide shade at the campsite on the beautiful coast of Vieste. Guests spend their holiday on the gently sloping sandy beach. They like to meet up at the barbecue area to talk about their holiday experiences. The fishmonger brings fresh ingredients for a delicious meal to the campsite every day. There are further shopping opportunities in the centre of Vieste, which is only around 2.5 km away. The bar welcomes guests just a few steps from the sea. Here you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning with croissants, cappuccino and everything your heart desires.

The site consists of two parts, the main part and the beach part separated by the road. The plots in the beach part are smaller, up to 7 m, while the ones in the main part are larger. The ground of the plots is sand, which you may like or not, with grass or paved paths in between. The road is not really disturbing at least in the off-season, which is certainly different in the main season. The sanitary facilities are spotless clean like the entire facility and new, however simple. The staff is very friendly, there is a small bar with a very limited selection, and bread roll service is offered with pre-ordering. We were there in October, wanted to stay just one night and then stayed for 5 days due to the wonderful beach and cleanliness.

After reading what some campers say here, I am getting quite upset. The campsite has a great location 2.5-3 km away from the town of Vieste and is always worth a little bike ride. The beach at the site is very clean and offers a wonderful view of Vieste to the left and beautiful rocks on the other side. Morning and evening walks are simply delightful, as you can walk kilometers through clear water. The site itself has everything you need. The sanitary facilities, including showers and toilets, are cleaned almost hourly and are included in the price; the scent of roses is always present in the toilet or shower. Well, the toilet seats are missing. Personally, I prefer this over sitting on toilet lids... Two small supermarkets are right next to the site, one even just 100 meters away. Every day, small vendors come in front of the campsite with fresh fruits, vegetables, and fish. Everything is fresh and very affordable. So what else is missing here? Oh yes, I read that the pitches are supposed to be very small. That's not true either. We have a large camper with a bike carrier over 9 meters long, and we have room for a full awning, kitchen items, and two bicycles. Since we are on a round trip, we actually only wanted to stay for 3 days, but as of today, it has been 14 days, and we don't want to leave yet. So all in all, this is my our opinion.

Those who can grab a spot in the area at the beach usually have more or less a sea view and are right at the great beach. The amenities are mediocre: a bar, but no shop, for example for rolls. No restaurant (which is bad in October as almost everything around is closed). The sanitary facilities are relatively new and clean. But: no toilet seats, no toilet paper, no soap. Flushing only with cold water. As already mentioned by others, this campsite is also directly on the noisy main road, like all the others here by the way. All in all: pros and cons.

Check-in is quick and hassle-free. All sites offer access to power and TV connection. The sanitary facilities are virtually brand new. The campsite is divided into two parts. The main part is located across the street away from the beach, while the second part is right on the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location directly by the sea (or rather, the main part of the campsite is separated from the sea by a road). Sanitary facilities are simple but clean. The ground is inadequately compacted, muddy after rain. No shopping opportunity at the site. Tight camping spots. VERY loud street directly next to the campsite. This makes it very restless even at night and in the early morning. Vieste itself is a pretty town, but during the Italian summer holidays, it becomes a total tourist hotspot and overcrowded. The promenade from the campsite to the town (2.5 km) is completely built up with various stalls and restaurants. You have to like that - or not. If you really want to endure it, the campsite is okay for one or two nights.
