Once upon a time..
A place for emergencies, but nothing more, paths to the parcels partially inaccessible due to low branches or extreme ground ripples. There are old dilapidated caravans lying around. The place is beautifully located as described and is also quite peaceful. The sanitary facilities are okay, the water is not quite hot, and the showers spray everywhere.
