The zoo is divided into two parts: Dählhölzli is home to eagle owls, seals, monkeys and other animals. The bear park is located right on the banks of the River Aare. Culture vultures use Camping Eichholz as a starting point for exploring the Swiss capital. Some of the arcades house shops. One of the landmarks is the Zytglogge, a mechanical clock tower with an elaborately designed façade. A play of figures can be seen every hour on the hour.
