The view is beautiful, the bar, the staff, and the pizza are all good. Standplaats/Huuraccommodatie: The location is excellent.

Cons

It's frustrating to have to pay the entire amount upfront and also to pay extra for things like WiFi, air conditioning, or TV. Additionally, the extra charges for everything and the noisy, selfish neighbors were quite bothersome!

There could be a bit more to do in September, keep the terrace open with music, etc. Don't close the slides at the pool to avoid disappointing children. Have a friendly lifeguard present!!! Standplaats/Huuraccommodatie: olive trees block the view.

👎 We stayed in a mobile home "Garda" with a wonderful view! Site/Rental accommodation: The view was amazing. Furthermore, the mobile home was new, so there was little to complain about. 👎 The service in the shop was disappointing. The rolls were inedible, and the selection was very poor. The restaurant had the charm of a hall, and the staff seemed overwhelmed everywhere in service. For a 4-star campsite, this is unacceptable. Site/Rental accommodation: The costs were relatively high in comparison. Additionally, I found it unreasonable to charge extra for heating/cooling. There was also talk of free WIFI, but this was only offered for 10 minutes and then they charged 30 euros for 2 devices per week, which is also not acceptable. It is a fact that WIFI must be free nowadays. Furthermore, the safe did not work. After consulting with the reception, we only received an excuse and no attempts to fix the issue.

👍 The view of the lake and the mountains was fantastic, the site was very clean and well-maintained, as was the beach. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. You can only enter the pools with a swim cap, which is not found anywhere else. I suspect this is a way to make some extra euros in the shop where swim caps are sold. Pitch/rental accommodation: The view was lovely, and the accommodation was clean. 👎 It is quite cheeky to have to pay so much for such poor Wi-Fi. Longer online sessions or even streaming... completely impossible. Paying 21.- € for this is really not acceptable. Also, the balance on the card for the air conditioning is not refunded at the end, which is unacceptable, a real impertinence. Keeping money from customers without having provided a service.
