Flat grassy terrain with tall deciduous and coniferous trees. Surrounded by high mountain slopes. Located near the town, close to the railway line (no train traffic at night). Lake view.
Access to water
Approximately 120 m long and up to 30 m wide pebble beach with a narrow sunbathing area. Located between a beach area and a reed belt.

Depending on the winter precipitation, the water of this lake floods most of the bathing beaches of the local campsites during the summer months. During this time, you can enter the water from the lake wall. After a dry summer, the water level decreases and narrow beach strips, only a few meters wide, form at the base of the lake wall.

Small but nice site, friendly operators, shady pitches under tall trees on grass with gravel paths right by the lake with a private beach, surrounded by mountain panorama, many pitches with lake view. Sanitary facilities small but clean, hot showers free of charge, electricity included at the pitch, drinking water available throughout the site. The center of the small town with restaurants as well as shopping center is reachable on foot. Right next door is a beach bar with occasionally loud music, but not unpleasant. Train station nearby, but not noisy. We felt very comfortable and stayed for five days while passing through; however, it was already quite crowded in June 2022.
