The welcome from the staff is top notch. 👌🏻 Location/Rental accommodation: Very good, we were even offered another larger spot so we could enjoy with our children who were in the caravan.

The pool which is supposedly heated... is at 25 degrees. I have already been to campsites with heated water, and I can say that the difference is noticeable. Therefore, we could not enjoy the beautiful water park.

Since we drove home overnight, we couldn't be there in person at check-out. Regarding the inspection of our accommodation, we had to pay a deposit of 100 €. This is not a problem for us, as we were used to it from other campsites. The difference here is that we never had issues with the deposit. Unfortunately, the situation here is quite different. You receive a confirmation that everything was fine, that the deposit has been released, but after 3 weeks there is still no refund. When you inquire, you are repeatedly fobbed off, and the blame is turned around: * It is my own bank's fault * A debit from the account never took place etc. etc. Despite sending the account statement where the debit is visible, there is no concession. There is also no internal search for an error. It is supposedly my bank's responsibility and thus this is done for the campsite. Even though I considered coming here for a vacation again at check-out, this was my first and last visit.

👍 Animations are top-notch, everything is clean, and the staff is very welcoming. Location/Accommodation: Well equipped. 👎 Very disappointed with the coffee gourmand from the restaurant. Since there were no mignardises left, I was given fruit and a scoop of ice cream instead. I should have returned it, but I didn't dare. It felt horribly expensive for a dessert. A little goodwill gesture for our stay next year would be appreciated. Because we come every year.

👍 Nice stay. Pleasant bungalow next to the convenient pool, but a bit too close to the bar, resulting in a lot of noise during animations. Disappointed by the cocktail bar: expensive and not very good, some added ingredients are not marked on the menu, beware of allergies. The reception staff and guards are very friendly. Location/Rental accommodation: Two bathrooms are practical with young adults. Dishwasher. Location/Rental accommodation: There is a lack of plates and cutlery, it would be good to have double the amount.

Not at all suitable for campers with caravans or motorhomes. The driveways to the camping spots are a disgrace since you need to know beforehand how big your caravan is. I hope I can get out without any damage. Sanitary facilities are also not good. Price-performance completely unacceptable.
