We highly recommend camping De Pallegarste for a family vacation and would happily return any time. We particularly enjoyed the many different play options available for children of various ages. On the downside, we were not satisfied with the beds. Unfortunately, our mattresses were quite worn out. Additionally, our bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell. We suspect mold. Some points that were somewhat bothersome, but did not affect the overall impression, are: - The front door opens in the wrong direction (likely a standard mobile home) - No cushions for the garden chairs - The refrigerator door opens in the wrong direction (making the passage very narrow) - Missing fly screens in the living area.

I went there alone with my son to camp, it is a paradise, he was super happy, and I was very relaxed. We didn't have a minute of boredom, with playgrounds, the water park, the lake, and the program that was offered, you can't ask for more. The staff is very friendly, the grounds are very clean and tidy, you can just walk barefoot all day.

The campsite provided us with everything we needed for a relaxing two-week holiday. The pool was adequate despite the number of people. The water playground was also great. Our children really enjoyed the indoor playground, which was always quite clean. Overall, the entire facility is well-maintained and regularly cleaned. We did find it somewhat disappointing that the activities were conducted solely in Dutch, as the children simply do not understand anything and have difficulty participating in the activities. The sanitary area designed specifically for small children is excellent. However, the soap dispensers should also be mounted at children's height and should be well stocked. Additionally, the noise levels on the site should be monitored. After just three days, we extended our vacation from seven to fourteen days and we would return without hesitation.

A super beautiful and clean site that is friendly for kids and dogs. We used the pool area with the slides and the large pool every day. My only complaint is that no one keeps an eye on what’s happening. Children diving there were often overlooked by kids jumping from the edge of the pool. The slides were blocked by kids (estimated age 6-10 years) who got stuck inside the slide. This made smaller children anxious. This could be prevented by having someone simply pay attention. Then the pool would not only be beautiful but also safe.

There was nothing to criticize about the campsite. The private sanitary facilities located right at the pitches are fantastic.

The vacation at Pallegarste was very enjoyable. The children had a lot of fun and were able to move around freely. There are many play options including a water playground, climbing and gym equipment. The loft is very well-equipped. However, for parents/grandparents, it’s worth noting that everything closes at 8:00 PM, including the restaurant and bar. All in all, it was a very nice experience.
