👎 The site, the geographical location, the pool, the atmosphere Location/Rental accommodation: Clean, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped! 👎 The customer service is dreadful in a crisis situation: "Sir, I understand that for you your problem is the most important, but I have a campsite to manage," the unprofessional handling of the bed bug issue (no, spraying a commercial insecticide does not solve the problem, and the team does not seem to be trained at all on this issue). A ridiculous financial compensation (one day of rental) while our stay was completely ruined by this issue. It should be noted that another mobile home was immediately offered to us, a good point! Location/Rental accommodation: The presence of bed bugs!

👋 We came to find the traces of my childhood in the region. Very beautiful region. Location/Rental accommodation: Spacious mobile home suitable for people with reduced mobility, except in the bathroom a big problem with the toilets being way too low and no lid... when you take a shower, it wets the whole room, even the toilets. 👎 Having a disability problem the PMR mobile home still needs to be improved. Location/Rental accommodation: Beautiful pool with slides, but in early September we were unable to benefit from other services as they were closed.

👍 Very disappointed. The campsite does not deserve 4 stars Pitch/Rental accommodation: I find no positive points. 👎 The reception needs to be rethought (no respect for campers). Campers with empty pitches are well separated from mobile home campers (you don't mix rags with towels) and the access to the pool, which is not welcoming, is impractical. No management of noise nuisance after midnight. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities leaves much to be desired. The wifi is non-existent. Several electrical outages in less than 2 weeks. Pitch/Rental accommodation: No activities are offered. If there were a children's club during the day, children wouldn’t need to let off steam in the alleys, on empty pitches, or in the restrooms. The alleys are too narrow, difficult to maneuver with a caravan or camper. The shop closed in the afternoon is not practical.
