Ardoer Camping De Kuilart

We were there during the autumn holiday and were unfortunately overall disappointed. In the first few days, only one washroom with hot water and showers was open - far from most of the pitches. The nearby washroom only had two open toilets, which were constantly dirty. It would really be helpful if there were at least paper dispensers and disinfectant available, so that you could clean up yourself. The paths to the pitches are unlit. The meadows have been severely damaged by the summer - in bad weather, it is muddy. Additionally, there were two construction sites on the premises with noise starting around 6 am. Also, the supermarket was no longer restocked during the holidays - for example, there was no water available anymore. Positive: The restaurant is nice, the swimming pool and the bowling alley are modern and well maintained. Conclusion: Maybe it would be fine in the high season.

We were there for a week in June 2025 and had a pitch with private sanitary facilities. Unfortunately, it was a bit outdated and quite small. While showering, the whole floor was under water and drained poorly. Furthermore, I would have expected to find at least 1 roll of toilet paper. Otherwise, a nice site with friendly staff. Sometimes, however, the surrounding farmers overdo it with spreading their manure. Then it smells overwhelmingly everywhere.

Good: the location and surroundings. The water sports opportunities are outstanding! The campsite itself: difficult! We desperately searched for the 5 stars during two stays... No chance! Poor sanitary facilities. Unfriendly staff. Long waits for solutions to minor problems. Construction sites all over the campsite. Even in the season.

We requested a spot right by the water and received it. It was wonderful. For a small fee you can fish, the indoor pool was incredibly enjoyed by my kids, as were the playgrounds. The food at the restaurant was very tasty.

Always happy to come back, friendly clean facility

Have been on-site a few times. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The facility is mostly well-maintained. The kids mostly enjoyed it. Criticism: It's a pity that the water slides were out of order all week. The beach at the back part of the area is extremely contaminated with faeces. Catastrophe! The XL caravans are good, but some are not well cleaned. Additionally, the furniture is damaged. Considering the cleaning fee, it should be cleaned better! Mold in the shower, dust on the cabinets, dust under the beds. Many spiders and cobwebs. I cleaned and disinfected everything myself.

Very nice staff, clean restrooms, and large pitches. Many pitches are close to the water. Everything was perfect, we would love to come back.

We had a nice pitch, with a dog, close to the washhouse. Everything was clean and tidy, the other guests were friendly, and the dogs were either well-behaved or on a leash. No stress at all. The washhouse was clean and held up well to the crowds during Pentecost. The surrounding area is very well maintained, with many renovations and beautiful landscaping. We will definitely come back.
