We had reserved a spot that was indicated as free by the reception. When we arrived, the spot was occupied. We had to choose another spot. There were also problems, so the campground operator came to us, confirmed that the spot was free, and that we could stay there until the end of the season. Two days later, people came who said that it was their spot and that they had been renting this spot for 15 years. However, this was not saved in the system. The operator then did not want to know anything more about his promise made 2 days prior that we could stay on this spot until the end of the season.
