Camping Club Navarrosse Plage - MS Vacances

The camping manager, besides being insulting and disrespectful, lacks proper manners.

👍 Great location directly by the lake. Nice bike paths starting from the campsite. Sanitary facilities a bit outdated but reasonably clean. Pitch/Rental accommodation: Large pitches available, both sunny and shady. The ground is mostly flat, aside from a few pine roots. 👎 We were there with friends, and we were not allowed to pitch next to each other, even though the parcel was completely unoccupied during our stay. The staff at the reception seemed overwhelmed and not very motivated. Pitch/Rental accommodation: Wastewater drains were clogged and filled with sand.

👍 The quality of the entertainment, the kindness of the children's animators, the availability and professionalism of Tristan, who was adorable and at his best, enhanced our vacation! Location/Rental accommodation: Spacious.

👍 The pitch. The freshwater. Very child-friendly. Pitch/rental accommodation: Everything was great. 👎 The showers. The water was often cold and at times there was only a little water. But it wasn't that bad.

🤝 Lively campsite with a beautiful location by the lake. There is a lot to do for the kids, and they really enjoyed it. Pitch/Accommodation: We had a large pitch for the camper with a view of the beach. Very nice location, but do keep in mind that it can be quite windy. 👎 Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are outdated and not very pleasant. This is a reason for me not to stay long. The many different cabins make the campsite feel a bit cluttered. Pitch/Accommodation: The pitch could be a bit more separated, providing a bit more privacy from the other pitches, perhaps a small hedge or something like that...

Super friendly staff, very clean facility, many opportunities for children and adults, and beautifully situated by the lake. The evening entertainment was too loud and long for us, which is why we only give four out of five stars.

The campsite is beautifully located by a lake and has its own dreamy sand area with free sun loungers. There is plenty of shade. The bus connection runs several times a day to Arcachon and Biscarrosse Plage for €2. The only point of criticism was that there was no shop.

Scenically beautiful, very friendly and helpful staff, located directly on the lake with a nice beach. Sanitary facilities could be more modern.
