Cons

Unsafe and outdated campsite. Showers scalded us when toilets flushed, electrics had exposed wires, and our pitch had a 6ft drop beside live cables. At midnight the site is locked with no emergency exit, and it sits under pylons not mentioned online. Facilities were poor: blocked shower heads, no lights, failing electrics, filthy pool, dreadful older toilets, and muddy, unkempt pitches. Atmosphere was unpleasant, with foul and abusive language toward our children. Staff tried, but management is failing. We felt unsafe and cannot recommend. Pitch/rental accommodation: It was just awful

Lack of electrical capacity: we were told there was 6 amps available, but it's impossible to connect a plancha or other electrical equipment. Location/Rental accommodation: The site is a good size.

Pros

We initially had a bad impression, but after a few days, we began to find the campsite enjoyable. The toilets were always well cleaned, and the pool looks fantastic. It's a very cozy camping site and we will definitely come back next year. Standplaats/Huuraccommodatie: The spots are large enough and pleasant.

A few toilets still need renovating, but I think that will be sorted soon. Standplaats/Huuraccommodatie: We were under the trees, which wasn't ideal, but I understand that it can be nice during very hot weather.

Very helpful, nothing is a problem, flexible with arrival and departure dates, no extra costs. Top campsite, great price-quality ratio, you can choose a spot with plenty of shade. Standplaats/Huuraccommodatie: Very helpful, staff speaks English. Very good price-quality ratio

👍 Not a good site Pitch/rental accommodation: Nothing 👎 Arrival is chaotic with no place to park a large motorhome whilst being seen to at reception. The pitch was awful - squeezed in with pitches very close around. Dead twigs and cigarette butts line the edge of the pitch. We definitely won’t be back Pitch/rental accommodation: Awful pitch. Hemmed in very close to other pitches, dead twigs line the pitch together with cigarette butts. Awful campsite
