Brave souls cross the raging rapids of the Vintgar Gorge on wooden footbridges. A stay in this picture-book landscape should be an unforgettable camping experience with interesting leisure activities for both adults and children.
Between April and October, Camping Bled welcomes its guests with 263 pitches, 31 rental accommodations and 3 permanent pitches. At 500 metres above sea level, holidaymakers can expect a gently sloping meadow area surrounded by dense coniferous and deciduous forests at the south-western end of Lake Bled in the heart of Slovenia. Younger visitors can look forward to a colourful entertainment programme for children, a children's playground and a large trampoline area, while sports activities include archery, beach volleyball and golf. During exciting diving courses in the clear waters of Lake Bled, attentive divers can discover countless freshwater animals. Spa programmes and bathing spots by the lake are recommended for those seeking relaxation. Bicycles and e-bikes can be hired directly on site to explore the wonderful picture-book landscape on a guided tour or on your own. The range of leisure activities is rounded off by a walk to the town of Bled, just 2 kilometres away, with its fantastic panorama and the old walls and castles of the historically mature region. Holidaymakers can also use the bus stop 300 m away for a trip to Bled. The campsite's own restaurant and grocery shop cater for your physical well-being. Domestic chores are reduced to a minimum thanks to washing machines, tumble dryers, supply and disposal facilities and places to empty the cassette toilets. The supply of gas cylinders is also guaranteed. A kiosk is responsible for catering on the campsite.
The mountains around Lake Bled, which are covered in dense forests, are ideal for long hikes. There are viewpoints and bathing spots around the lake, which are easily accessible thanks to the many winding paths. Traditional wooden rowing boats take guests to the small island in the middle of the lake, where a visit to St Mary's Church is well worthwhile. The Triglav National Park, 5 kilometres away, with its riding stables is easily accessible by shuttle bus and promises an eventful day. Fascinating cave worlds open up in the immediate vicinity of Bled. Organised tours take visitors into the magical underworld of the Babji Zob and Simnova caves. Groups and families should not miss out on the fun at the Bled Forest Rope Park on Mount Straža.

The bungalow tent or the lodge tents are suitable for any travelling party. Adults and children can enjoy a carefree camping holiday here and in a way the spirit of adventure is awakened once again. The pitches on the campsite are always on firm ground and the sanitary facilities are usually located nearby. The view of the Julian Alps is beautiful.
