Camping Blanes

Positive: Friendly and uncomplicated handling, sanitary facilities very clean, excellently suited as a stopover, open all year round, each site with water/wastewater and electrical connections, restaurant available, small grocery store, very good value for money, beautiful beach promenade. Negative: Sandy pitches between the tree trunks of the pines without boundaries. This results in little privacy. Sanitary facilities outdated and unheated, especially the toilet facilities dark and uninviting. Nearby hotel complexes, restaurant mainly featuring outdoor dining with a bar-like character.

Authentic friendliness of the owners and their staff. Whether at the reception, small supermarket, or bar with restaurant. The toilets are a bit older, but well maintained. Only separated from the beach by a promenade. Many shady spots. Very quiet, as it mainly attracts older guests. We have been coming here for many years. For us, there is no alternative to Camping Blanes. About 2.5 km to the town, always nice along the sea.

Beautiful location, close to the beach and the town. It’s about 2.3 km along the promenade to the center. We had a nice spot under the trees. The pitches are large enough for motorhomes. Sanitary facilities are clean with plenty of space. Toilet and shower are in different buildings. We will come back here when we are in the area. Nice owner who also speaks German.

We were very satisfied, the site is neat and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are not the newest, but they are clean and there is enough space even when the place is full. The location is unique, we were able to end the evening with the sound of the sea. The supermarket and bistro leave nothing to be desired.

Due to the absolute proximity to the beach, the campsite is actually not bad. However, if you come with a motorhome that is taller than a VW van, you should be very careful when choosing your parking spot (you can select your spot here, as there are no divided plots), since the access roads are sometimes very narrow and, due to the numerous trees that are also sometimes crooked, it can be a bit difficult. The sanitary facilities are not the most modern but clean.

We were very excited about the 3-star site. All in all a successful stay. Very friendly staff and our pitch was in the front row. Nicely shaded by a small pine forest. The only downside was that dogs were forbidden on the whole beach, but that was not due to the campsite.

Actually, everything was fine but there was no ADAC discount. Only a discount for longer stays.

A great place with great conditions and very friendly staff right by the sea. Water, sewage, electricity, and satellite connection at the site, it couldn't be better.
