This campsite is an absolute disappointment! The facilities are very outdated and feel like they are from a different time. The sanitary facilities are catastrophic - the washrooms are not only dirty but also completely run-down. One could almost say they would be better off being demolished. It seems like only profit is valued here, without investing in maintenance or cleanliness. The only positive thing to mention is the location, which is really nice and offers a great view. But that is by no means enough to recommend this campsite. Anyone who wants to stay here should be aware that they are getting far less for their money than expected. A disgrace!

2/3 of the sanitary facilities are completely worn out and totally dirty! Only the sanitary facilities behind the reception have probably been renewed at some point. Also, maintenance is lacking; everything is only provisionally maintained. The location by the river is very nice and the outdoor pool is nearby. This place doesn't even deserve 2 stars!

Hello, the reviews are from last year and before. I just arrived today and was pleasantly surprised! The sanitary facilities behind the reception look a little outdated from the outside. Inside: Everything is new and very well done! I just took a shower and had a "combo" - so shower, sink, and toilet. Very spacious and with a glass covering in the shower. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Some people may not have such a nice bathroom at home!

We travel a lot and have seen many campgrounds, but this one was by far the worst! The grounds are poorly maintained, the sanitary facilities and washrooms are dirty, moldy, and calcified! Since the opening, it seems nothing has been invested here! The advertised indoor pool - it leaves one speechless, the provision is inadequate, hygiene is a foreign word. For us, it's an absolute no go!

We are truly at a loss for words! We probably should have paid more attention to the reviews of other Pincamp users. The proximity to the picturesque little town of Staufen is excellent - and that’s it for the positive part. The campsite is in a deplorable state. All facilities are estimated to be from the 1970s and have never been renovated. The sanitary facilities are simply 'underground'. Everything is dirty, moldy, calcified, and is not cleaned regularly or at all. Just disgusting. There was disgusting laundry from other campers left for 2 days in the sanitary building, which was not disposed of despite a complaint at the reception. Soap dispensers that do not work (or are empty), broken hand dryers, empty disinfectants, and non-functioning faucets complete the picture. Some sites only have Schuko sockets as the power supply - no CEE standard. This has long been prohibited due to danger of polarity. The recycling area is equivalent to an overflowing landfill. How this campsite has still received any kind of decent rating is a complete mystery to us. Once and never again! P.S. Unfortunately, we have to give 1 star otherwise the review doesn't count. But actually, -1 star would be more appropriate.

We had a good pitch. Very friendly reception, we felt at home. The site and sanitation are a bit outdated, but okay and clean. Small shop with fresh rolls. Not far away, about 1.5 km, is the pedestrian zone with nice cafés and restaurants. Ideal for a short trip.

Sanitary facilities outdated and dirty. Mold in the showers. This place is not recommended. The only bright spot is the friendly staff and beautiful surroundings.

We made a stop here in mid-November on our way back from the south. A simple place without any features - but everything is OK. However, one shouldn't need a Schuko adapter anymore in the year 2021.
