Beautiful campsite, nice pitches by the water, very shady. Very quiet campsite. Many mobile homes. Sanitary facilities are good, but could be cleaner. Vichy is easily accessible, about 1.6 km away. The pool was still closed in May. Friendly reception.

The campsite is located on the banks of the Allier, diagonally opposite the town center of Vichy, and is highly recommended as a starting point for city tours or a stopover. The sanitary facilities are very good by French standards. The only downside is that the water in the showers cannot be regulated. Therefore, it was often too hot for showers. The designated pitches are generously laid out and offer privacy. Some pitches are located directly by the river. The nearest water connection is never far away. These are designed so that you can fill the water tank with the Gardena system and hose. The baguette that you can buy at the campsite is more like industrially baked.
