A very well-located site, cleanliness is top-notch, children's program is recommended, direct lake access possible, but dogs are not allowed. Nevertheless, it's a great site overall. We stayed for 5 days and would do it again.

Unpleasant reception from the lady at the front desk! Before we checked in, we had to hear the dog seating rules in a very rude tone in pouring rain! No idea why she was so unfriendly to us, maybe not stress tested the lady. The other staff members were very nice! But we only stayed one day! Wouldn't attempt a second try.

Sanitary facilities are very clean, the family showers are very generous with playground and carousel. The lake water is turquoise blue and clean. The beach is cleaned almost daily. We are happy to come back.

Great place to relax

Campsite is super located with enough trees that provide shade. However, some spots are very narrow. I would wish for removable shower heads in the family showers to make it easier for the kids to wash their hair.

Around 3 kilometres from Faak am See, the campsite is located in a nature park with deciduous and coniferous forests.
