Camping Animal King

We reserved 8 nights in a mobile home but left after the first. The mattress was blackened with mold, and the bed frame was broken and sagging. We reported it the same evening: they went to look for a replacement, and that's where the problem lies. The brought mattress was also stained and smelled bad. They handed us a bottle of "air freshener" — the bottle itself was dirty and moldy at the nozzle. Here, cleaning is not done, just masking odors. A living cockroach on the dish drying rack, dirt at the bottom of the cupboards, window seals black with mold, opaque windows, the lower part of the door frames rotten, the carpet torn in large areas, a stained duvet, and a patio table that had never been cleaned. Outside, there was trash abandoned in the bushes and a neighboring mobile home with a broken window left as is. They offered an oral refund, but never followed through.
