Nothing for Dog Lovers

I went there in June, made a special trip, and they didn’t allow me to stay a day with my dog. The camping guide only mentioned that dogs were allowed. The internal page stated that dogs were only allowed in the off-season. For permanent campers, were dogs allowed??? Allegedly, the city banned them because they would dirty the swimming area. The campsite is separated from the lake, and yet, it was not allowed on the campsite. The city and the campsite operator really need to sit down together, as there are certainly some improvements that would attract more vacationers. Either dogs are allowed or they are not. It was outrageous. Never again.

A beautiful place, very quiet, lovely surroundings. Use of the swimming lake with private key included. Caravans, motorhomes and tents are not confined to specific areas but are mixed on the site according to space requirements and preferences. The washrooms, toilets and showers are very clean, which is due not only to regular cleaning but also to the guests who behaved themselves well overall. The owner, Sebastian Otto, is very nice, flexible and helpful. We quickly made friendly contact with other guests and some permanent campers. We immediately felt like we had known these people for a long time. Almost like family. Conclusion: A great week with the caravan, had a lot of fun, met several very nice people. The place will surely see us again, we are already looking forward to it!

Super friendly and helpful people. We were only there for two nights, but we could definitely imagine staying for a bit longer. There are very many activities for children and an adjacent very nice bathing lake, for which access is provided with a key, which, however, does not incur any additional costs. The sanitary facilities are very clean, and showers are included in the price.
