Very nice place

The site is beautifully located. You have a wonderful view of the mountains. The operators are very nice and helpful. The sanitary facilities are tidy and clean. There are no more partying Dutch people, so Hajo can come back. 😂 The operators are constantly improving and beautifying the place. We felt comfortable and happily give all stars.

Very good8

...of a very friendly and attentive owner couple and international guests, predominantly Germans, Dutch...and Austrians. The site is wonderfully situated on a hill under the Dobratsch in the Gailtal valley. The view...a free extra for alpine friends! There is a restaurant with large facilities and a similarly large terrace with a view of the mountains or the swimming pool, depending on preference. The traditional food offered was delicious (for us) - I don't understand who complains about it! The campsite is not paved, with plenty of green spaces, bushes, and also some trees, as well as paved and asphalted pathways. Very pleasant: the pitches are nice and large; for campers, there is an entire meadow, also with bushes and trees. There are also fixed accommodations. Of course, the water is good drinking water. The sanitary facilities are clean and sufficient, also includes chemical toilet disposal; waste separation. A campsite with a well-maintained access road: drive without worry to the large area in front of the reception. The wonderfully large municipal swimming pool is directly at the site with a children's double slide and ample water depth for plenty of swimming fun (it was, of course, open in August 22/closed during thunderstorms, of course). For the approach, motorhome drivers and caravan towings should choose the route via Unterfederaun and Nötsch, and please avoid the very narrow road over the "Paternion Pass" - hence there are always established motorcycle gentlemen at the campsite, who did not disturb us at night with noise. We give 4 stars, emphasizing nature enjoyment and will - if in the region - gladly return. Wolfgang Pehlemann (also known as the Intercampianer on the internet)

Firmly in Dutch Hands

The location of the square is nice, the restaurant good, and the owners very friendly, but 1. the square is very aged 2. sanitation needs urgent renovation 3. a bit of paint, maintenance, and cleanliness would do good 4. pool closed (August 2021😳) 5. extremely restless and loud 6. partying Dutch people until 2 AM around us and no one says anything. How this place received 4 stars from the ADAC is beyond us. We certainly will not be coming back. Hajo
