Camping Paradis Albret

Well-located campsite, pitches partly in pine forest, partly parcels on rewilded land. Direct beach access via the dune. Nice, friendly staff, good restaurant. But: the sanitary facilities are in great need of renovation, outdated, and only acceptable after being cleaned once a day. The particularly good reviews regarding this are completely incomprehensible to us, and we definitely would not have chosen this site.

Wonderful campsite with pine forest; super nice reception / restaurant, perfect beach, sometimes good waves for surfing. Yes, a bit more bustle with animation at the entrance - but at least somewhat tasteful: occasionally live music instead of shouting animators. At 12 everything is quiet and overall extremely relaxed atmosphere. Sanitary facilities clean, adequate, and in good condition.

Very pleasant campsite, not loud, very clean with well-equipped toilets, although they are not very modern. The site is big enough and shady because it's under the pines. It's rather a family-oriented campsite, where there aren't too many evening entertainments, just the open bar, but there's always a family atmosphere. For the youth in the evening, it's necessary to go to the campsite next to or towards the central beach (25 minutes on foot), but it's not disturbing. There is everything you need available at the campsite's bar, and even more options at the Spar supermarket, which is a 2-minute walk away. The beach is right next door, directly across from the dunes. It's also very pleasant and ideal for surfers.
