At the reception, one is not treated as a guest. It starts with them taking away the passports at the very beginning. When I vacate the spot at departure as required (by 12:00), it is not allowed to leave the car for a short time in the free spots in front of the campsite, even though all spots in front of the campsite were free. This is also communicated to you in a very unfriendly tone! In the showers, it is practically impossible to keep your clothes dry. The showers have to be pressed constantly; either the water runs for too short a time or it continues to run long after I no longer need it. In the toilets, there are no toilet seats and no toilet paper!! Saving on pennies for this price!?

Upon arrival, we decided on a camping spot that was still occupied. However, we were only informed of this by the staff afterwards. Although all parking spots at the reception were free and it was chaotic in Torbole, we were not allowed to park for half an hour and wait for our spot. After half an hour of traffic chaos, we returned; the spot was still not free, and we were again asked to leave one of the completely free parking spots!!! It was clear to us that we would not be returning here. We found the campsite to be very clean, but it felt more like a mass processing. The atmosphere among the campers is very anonymous, quite different from other places on Lake Garda. The beach in front of the campsite is impractical for surfers, as no free space is kept open between the water and the (too small) sail rack, which is problematic during the high season. When checking out, we were told that when leaving after 12 noon, one does not have to pay for half a day more like at other places but rather a full day more. This way, the operators can collect double for the same spot per day at best. For us, it is clear that we will not be coming back here due to the unfriendly and uncomprehending staff, which in our view does nothing for customer satisfaction.

The campsite is located very centrally in Torbole and everything is within walking distance. The whole offer is rounded off by clean sanitary facilities and a nice restaurant where you can get the best apricot croissants and the whole Lake Garda in the morning.

Extremely narrow access, not signposted. Small parking spaces, very little room to maneuver. Sanitary facilities not very inviting. Great location by the beach.
