Always lovely at Al Bosco and wonderfully uncomplicated at the reception - they speak German. 40€ per night for a pitch including electricity in high summer is absolutely fine. Facilities are very large and clean. Tasty fish restaurant at the beach. Bread and other items available directly there without reservation. Bar with a view of the Adriatic. We are happy to come back - now for the third time.

We spent a week on vacation at this campsite. The price is okay, but that's the only positive thing. The organization is a disaster; we had problems during both check-in and check-out (the bungalow was only reserved a day later, the deposit couldn't be found). The "Casa Mobile Standard" bungalows are very run-down and, contrary to the pictures on the website (customer disappointment!), only have a tiny toilet without a sink and one bathroom. There are a few sun loungers, but these cost extra - €15 per day for 2 loungers and an umbrella! The beach in front of the campsite is clean, but the sea is totally full of seaweed due to the current in the bay, you are always pushed away from your beach spot and there are no waves - absolutely unsuitable for a nice beach vacation. The offer in the "restaurant" is extremely limited and the prices are overpriced. The biggest outrage is that the postcards we mailed from the campsite never arrived. I clearly advise against Camping Al Bosco, it's better to pay a little more and vacation in Bibione, where the sea is much nicer!

After Covid 19, everything is different, no not everything! One feels transported back to the good old days, to very old times. There where less was often more, the warm water was a bit warmer, the mosquitoes were also fewer, but that is about all there is to complain about at this campsite. It has something that reminds me of my first camping trips. Everything is quite manageable, not the huge sites where you can get lost. Overall summary: small but nice, affordable and family-friendly.

TOP: -Nicely laid out, charming site -Fair price -Quiet location -Shopping possibilities on site and in the immediate vicinity -10 minute walk towards Grado, great flat beach, ideal for children FLOP: -Very dirty sanitary facilities -Unfortunately overall poorly maintained -Campsites could be a little larger -Poor Wi-Fi (who needs it on vacation) -Direct beach access from the site is muddy Anyone who can lower their cleanliness expectations and wants to camp cheaply is well accommodated at this quiet site. However, anyone who places a high value on hygiene and wants a well-maintained facility, should choose another site.

Small campsite right by the beach with old trees. Very nice pitches for tents on various high terraces. New mobile homes. Beautiful sandy beach with bathing jetty. Restaurant, market, and bike rental. A relaxing alternative to the huge "luxury camps" in Grado-Pineta.

The campsite may be a bit old, but it is right on the beach (only separated by a bike path) and is very quiet. Unfortunately, the beach did not meet our expectations (too shallow and muddy) and there were too many mosquitoes.

We had a mobile home, which was built in 2016. It was clean, the mattresses and the furniture were without flaws, the bathroom and the rooms were adequately large - gigantic compared to those in Saint Tropez, and everything around the accommodation was harmonious. A new climbing frame was set up in front of our accommodation in the winter before, and the entire site was clean. The beach is free - which is not a given in Italy - and it is super shallow. Furthermore, the beaches of the surrounding 4-star camps are also not deeper. There is a dock that leads into deep water, and for everyone else, there is the shallow beach access - relaxed for parents of toddlers who can still stand confidently after 50 meters and relaxed for all toddlers, as the sea in the shallow water is easily 2-4 degrees warmer than in the deep area. There is no campsite supermarket, and for what reason, it would go bankrupt; 80 meters next to the entrance is a Eurospar, where you can find all daily necessities not at tourist prices, but at regular prices. The pool is not the biggest, but it is well-sized for toddlers. The restaurant located on a cliff is amazing, beer, wine, cappuccino for just 1 euro - and no plastic cups or anything like that, no no, with a view over the bay of Grado and ambiance included for free. There is just one catch, the general sanitary facilities are actually over 20 years old. However, anyone who books a mobile home does not depend on them and can enjoy a completely relaxed vacation with the family with peace of mind. Furthermore, a week in the mobile home including final cleaning, air conditioning and energy in July costs 600 euros per week; 2 weeks of camping or minivan costs under 200 euros. And those who can befriend themselves with sanitary facilities from the 90s will be thrilled about a vacation at the price level of the 90s. Those who prefer upper-class accommodations choose the 4-star campsite next door, but nothing goes under 1000 euros per week in summer.

I find the campsite very nice in terms of layout. We were there in the off-season, which meant there was still a construction site on the beach. But that didn't matter, it was perfect for kitesurfing. Additionally, you can take beautiful long walks in both directions. The town is also reachable on foot in 20-30 minutes. The sanitary facilities could be renovated. But it was definitely acceptable and always very clean. Cleanliness was very important to me, even if it doesn't look perfect. But after all, you go camping and not to a 5-star hotel. I would definitely go back there.
