Good PR, but completely exaggerated price-performance ratio
Dirty toilets and showers, the dog beach consists of steps at the edge into the sea. Everything costs extra. Totally inflated prices of €80. A five-star campsite in Germany for €50 and a comfort pitch is, by contrast, luxury.

NOT WORTH A STAR! NO Recommendation!!!
We canceled our stay after just one day!! Pictures on the internet are misleading. When we booked, we didn't pay attention to the fact that dogs are allowed throughout the entire site. They have to be kept on a leash, which everyone did, but not everyone took care of their waste. View of the huge in… More

The place is definitely not to recommend
The restrooms are a disaster, the beach is so-so. It's actually a shame, as they could do something with it.

This is unacceptable!
Arrived today, the spot assigned to us was occupied at first. The pool hasn't opened at all, though it was confirmed to us at booking. We can go to the indoor pool, and as guests, we receive a 10% discount. The supermarket opens at noon, and everything is totally dilapidated. This site is recommende… More

Outrage
This place is an outrage. How someone at the ADAC comes to give this place 4 stars is completely inexplicable. The total chaos at the plots. The sanitary facilities are old, dirty, and complicated to use (chip). The view of a freight harbor might be interesting but is far from beautiful. The resta… More

Campsite is an outrage
The campsite with its apparently 5***** is an imposition. We booked zone 5 with a sea view in advance. On the day of arrival, it was a slap in the face. No water connection at the site and electricity 50m away. Sea view yes, but no access to the sea, only over a harbor wall. And for that, you are su… More

Price does not match the service/equipment
+ Beautiful spot (1st row) near the sanitary building and shop + Size of the spot sufficient - NO hot water (men) in the shower - Shop closed - ADAC card for the spot in the 1st row not accepted - Noises from the port at night (unloading of container ships)

Not recommended
The location is actually good, but unkempt and dirty!!! The sanitary facilities are unusable; they stink and are full of feces. And 50 euros for one night for 2 people is in no way justified for this place.

Camping Adria offers a wide range of holiday activities right by the sea: play in the leisure park, splash around in the indoor and outdoor pools, relax in one of the saunas or unwind with a massage - the holiday village is ideal for families, active people and those seeking relaxation.
At Camping Adria, a heated indoor pool and an Olympic-size outdoor seawater pool ensure unlimited swimming fun for young and old. The private shore, where there are also sections for dogs, is varied with sunbathing lawns, wooden walkways, pebble beaches and stone areas with access ladders. The very large site has tall trees and extensive green areas. This means that camping holidaymakers can always find their desired pitch with the option of shade, sun or sea view. The pitches have a 10-amp electricity connection, WLAN and some have satellite reception. The majority of the pitches measure between approx. 60 and 100 square metres. Owners of extra-long motorhomes can park comfortably in the XL zone. The resort has both wellness and activity facilities, and guests can choose whether they prefer to relax with sauna sessions and spa treatments or work out with ball sports and in the gym. Children can romp around on playgrounds and in "Jumpyland" on air slides, bouncy castles and trampolines. Colourful entertainment programmes, including mini disco, live music, water gymnastics and treasure hunts are aimed at people of all ages. Camping Adria is located in the Slovenian coastal municipality of Ankaran, which is characterised by its unspoilt natural beauty. Activities in the region range from hiking and Nordic walking to cycling tours and horse riding. A nearby excursion destination is the Škocjanski zatok nature reserve, which is a paradise for water birds and amphibians with its wetlands and lagoons.
