Very beautiful plots. Everything is really clean, whether it’s the sanitary facilities, the beach, the plots, the playground, or other places to stay. The sanitary facilities are modern and comfortable. The plots by the lake are of course incredibly beautiful. But the other plots are great too. However, with the plots by the lake, you also have to pay attention to which one you choose. Some are a bit smaller or directly oriented towards the beach, so it can sometimes be a bit louder. The food in the restaurant is great and the supermarket is equipped with the essential things. The location of the campsite is optimal for all activities. Brienz is already a highlight in itself. But from here you can start some beautiful bike tours or hikes. The train is easily accessible. The Jungfrau region can be reached by car in 30 minutes. Furkapass, Berb, Lucerne also in 60 minutes.

Nice campsite, friendly staff, unfortunately more and more screaming children all over the site.

The owners are very unfriendly. The woman is a beast. Far too few sanitary facilities.

We (D) are on our third visit to this campsite. We have always been delighted. Unfortunately, a lot has changed. We booked the spot 9 months ago. Later, our son and family, who live in Switzerland, said they wanted to visit us over the weekend. Then began the odyssey. We were supposed to check in a day before, which we did. We were postponed to the next morning. The next morning, the staff were clearly annoyed, and they informed us that spot 308 was available. We are at 27. No further apart, there is a street in between and that with small children. I really made an effort long in advance and did not ask spontaneously. Is that what one calls family-friendly? We were aware of the 7-day booking requirement, but we had already paid and therefore could not retract. We are extremely saddened by this situation.

The location is very beautiful, the rental accommodations are pleasant. However, one feels that the communication and organization among the staff of the site is almost non-existent. The information on the flyers is incorrect, just as the statements of each employee vary widely. I have been to Camping Aregg many times and it has always been a beautiful and relaxing experience until now, unfortunately I must say that this year everything from bookings to payment went wrong due to the staff.

There is no central passage to the lake. The sunbathing area is far too small; a few spots by the lake need to be sacrificed. No play area or volleyball court for young people. It would be nice if the sanitary facilities were roughly cleaned in the morning (leftover from the night before).

unfortunately, it's mandated that one cannot stay longer than 21 nights! booking confirmation for 2025 is not treated as binding, 1 hour later via email the information, we cannot stay for 4 weeks after all, they prefer tourists and therefore we can only book a maximum of 21 nights as Swiss!🤬
