A very quiet campsite with lovely helpful people for a price of less than €20. Decent sanitary facilities. Always warm water for washing dishes and for the shower, good toilets and a refrigerator with a freezer available. The description by the ANWB is no longer accurate, there are no rental accommodations and in principle, there is no washing machine present. It is a true farm campsite with animals, like sheep, horses, and lots of small livestock. The view is stunning on the Chartreuse, and the village with a supermarket and other shops, café, and pizzeria is within walking distance. It's rural and wonderfully peaceful at this small campsite with toys for children and facilities to shelter from bad weather. There are also opportunities for fishing, swimming, and sports nearby. There are plenty of attractions in the vicinity. Perfect location for day trips in the area. Don't expect luxury, but simplicity with a breathtaking starry sky.
