Park-like grounds at the entrance, mostly set in a largely natural pine forest and under medium-high deciduous trees. Some pitches are under sunshades. Pitches directly on the beach with low bushes. Partly bordered by and partly crossed by a watercourse that empties into the sea at the northwestern edge of the site (possible occasional odor pollution). Located on a heavily trafficked road, in the flight path of a Barcelona airport runway.
Approximately 250 m long and 50 m wide sandy beach, bordered to the north by a watercourse that also passes by the campsite grounds.
Separate parking for cars is only available for the Glamping rental accommodations.

This place unfortunately does not deserve the 4 stars from ADAC at all! We were here for 3 and 2 nights in August to visit Barcelona. The front row on the beach was fine and functional. BUT: The sanitary facilities were unacceptable, even our children (10+) tried to avoid them. Cleanliness was inadequate in toilets, showers, and wash areas. My daughter saw how the cleaning lady used the (only) floor mop of the sanitary facilities after cleaning the floor for the surfaces of the wash areas. There were no proper water points, none could connect Gardena or similar. The streets are very narrow and hilly, and we only managed to drive very carefully with our large camper. Fellow campers also liked to leave trash lying around. The beach was clean and we were able to bring our dog (not explicitly allowed or forbidden). No recommendation.

The streets around the square are littered with potholes and extremely uneven. The shopping opportunities at the square are okay. EXTREME NOISE from airplanes (2 runways at the airport, DIRECT TAKEOFF/LANDING from both!) Sanitary facilities are not particularly modern and have not been kept clean enough - shame! The locations themselves serve their purpose. We had a large spot in the second row towards the beach (first row absolutely NOT recommended, you stand directly in front of a high fence and have hardly any space - bumpers to bumpers). Direct access to the beach, that was good. Good connection to Barcelona.

We wanted to check out Barcelona. We spent 3 days taking the bus into the city in the mornings. The journey time is about 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic. The squares are great. We stood in the second row by the beach. The sanitary facilities are aging. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. It's quite okay for exploring Barcelona.

The proximity to the beach and Barcelona is great. But since a plane takes off here every minute ✈️ and takes its route over the square, it drives you crazy.

We cannot recommend this place at all, as we were robbed at the campground; this place is not safe and it is too centrally located along the highway. The airplane noise is deafening and from 6 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. during the high season, planes take off here every 5 minutes. The staff at the reception were not cooperative at all after our "experience"; they were only concerned with their positive publicity. On a positive note, we did get our money back, but that is the only thing.

Actually a good place if the aircraft noise doesn't bother you. I think you get used to an airplane taking off every few minutes. If you want to visit Barcelona and do a bit of swimming, this is the right place. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated. A few amenities could be replaced. The staff was friendly. We would recommend this place, but it definitely doesn't deserve four stars.

The proximity and connection to Barcelona is good. I got a very small place, actually you can't really offer that. Extreme airplane noise until late at night, about every 5 to 10 minutes. The sanitary facilities are outdated. No Wi-Fi reception, day and night. When I inquired, I only received a stupid response. I hope I can finish here early and get my money back. 🤔

The site is only conditionally recommended. At the reception, English is only spoken to a limited extent, and my efforts with my not-so-good Spanish were preferred there. The access roads to the pitches are uneven and hilly. Once arrived, the site itself is not particularly nice, but it fulfills its purpose, which for us was to be close to the city and just to sleep here. Anyone coming here must be aware of the flight noise as the site lies directly in the flight path of the airport. We were aware of that beforehand and would recommend everyone to bring earplugs. We paid 22€ per night for 2 people with a caravan and car for a standard pitch (ADAC rate in October). In total, we stayed here for three nights. During the full two days, we were exclusively in the city, which is easily accessible by the two main bus lines. I would only consider staying more than 3 nights if one is absolutely noise and stress resistant.

If you want to combine a beach holiday with city sightseeing, the tres Estrellas Barcelona campsite south of the Catalonian capital Barcelona is the perfect place for you. Most of the pitches are just a few metres from the sea, and the city centre is also just a stone's throw away by bus or taxi.
The Mediterranean Sea in front of your eyes, Barcelona with all its leisure activities within easy reach and a tree-lined, park-like site with lots of leisure facilities - these are the most convincing attributes of this campsite on the Spanish Costa Brava. Most of the 300 pitches on the approximately 8-hectare site are in the shade of pine or deciduous trees. Only those who want to camp in the front row on the beach need to bring their own awning - in return, they can enjoy a direct view of the sparkling water and the beach, which is around 250 metres long and 50 metres wide. But it's not just the sea that invites you to swim: At the 3 Estrellas campsite, the spacious pool entices you to splash around and swim laps. Tennis, outdoor fitness, windsurfing and sports courses are also on offer. There is a playground and mini golf course for the kids. There are also entertainment programmes on the programme. Adults can enjoy a boat hire or a game of boules in the evening - and last but not least, they can take their four-legged friends on holiday with them. Other services include a WLAN network, a grocery shop and the campsite's own restaurant.
