Camp Podgrad-Vransko

We were on a transit and discovered this place. It is located not far from the highway towards Ljubljana and is nestled in a calm and idyllic landscape. Everything is clean and in top condition. The owner is very nice and helpful, also speaks perfect English. The sites are flat and divided by a vine hedge. We recommend this place.

A small and great place in nature without much frills. Organize the program yourself! Spots are very nice. Top new sanitary facilities and very clean! Very friendly staff, except on Sundays when the baker's cart comes at 7:00. Kitchen well equipped for cooking and enough places to eat! Highly recommended! Supermarket 1.2 km away.

Clean and modern sanitary facilities, communal kitchen equipped with everything necessary, spacious parking spaces, nice and helpful hostess, quiet but central location with a great view of a church. Great campsite with its own pond and adjacent covered seating areas (without catering).

Outstandingly equipped and designed campsite. From the modern and always clean sanitary facilities to the well-maintained lawn to the fence around the entire area, everything is aesthetically and functionally laid out. Electricity is charged by consumption via a coin-operated machine, which is fair and inexpensive. Comfortable staying and cooking options for tent tourists. Not to forget Renata, who as a good spirit constantly assists all guests with advice and assistance in English and German (this is omitted in the ADAC Camping App). The prices are also very moderate (HS 30€ for 2 persons, car, and caravan).

We have never seen such a beautiful and lovingly constructed campsite. The sanitary facilities are simply unbeatable! Renata was super friendly, straightforward, and very helpful; we were warmly welcomed even without a reservation. In the mornings, a bread van comes by, and at the reception, you can buy many drinks and very good wine. We will definitely be back!

Super campsite, well-laid-out pitches with electricity connections. Sanitary house with clean showers and toilets (others could learn a thing or two from this). Price-performance ratio is simply top-notch. Camping for relaxation.

Built in 2018. Sanitary facilities are very tasteful and super clean. We have never been to a campsite with better sanitary buildings! Flat sites, electricity based on consumption. Friendly and helpful operator. Beautiful cycling area.
