Flat, elongated grassy area with several rows of poplar trees. Bordered on the long sides by hedges and rows of bushes. Adjacent extensive sports and leisure facilities with a playground for children. Some streets and railway lines are partially audible.

Very tidy
Enormous parking spaces, easy to access, with or without shade. Sanitary area is okay, always hot water, unfortunately without toilet paper. Of the three sanitary areas, only one is open in the off-season. So: stay close to it. No shop on the site, but you can order baguettes at the restaurant. Shop… More

Beautiful place in the Loire Valley
Generous space on the Île d‘Or. Clean sanitation facilities and friendly staff. There should be a few more water taps, though. However, I don't know how it looks here in the high season. Still, unrestricted 5 stars.

The place in Amboise is wonderfully located for excursions into the Loire Valley. We used it for an overnight stay on our way to the Atlantic. Sanitary facilities reasonably clean. However, the area is full of flies and mosquitoes. Also the sanitary facilities.
