Situated in the quiet bay of Pirovac on the Dalmatian coast, Autocamp Miran is perfect for bathers. It is located between Zadar and Sibenik. A well-kept pebble beach invites you to swim in the crystal-clear sea. Sunbeds can be hired on site. If you want to discover the coast from the water, you can hire rowing boats and pedalos directly at the campsite. There is also a bike hire service. You can cycle from Pirovac to Lake Vrana, for example, which is 4 kilometres away. Sporty guests can perfect their forehand and backhand on the tennis court. The campsite has a shop selling groceries and everyday necessities.
Simple, somewhat dated, but beautifully located site.

Stay Away!!!
So far the worst place on our six-week trip. On the day of arrival, we left right away, only stopped to look for a new place on the map. The sanitary facilities are terrible, moldy shower curtains, dirty toilets. Not even worth staying for a night!

The view of the sea was very beautiful but the smell that came from the sea in the evening was anything but pleasant. As of 07.09.14, according to ADAC, the campsite would have cost 12 euros per night. This was vehemently rejected by the reception. Even after contacting ADAC, this was denied. We had to pay the regular price.

We had booked a shaded spot with a boat mooring for 2 and a half weeks and transferred the reservation fee in advance.
