Registration via the internet went well. Arrival was great. The pitches are quite tight. For being child-friendly, unfortunately, there are many more dogs than children. License plate recognition does not work at the barrier, causing cars behind to become very impatient. The swimming pool is okay. Whether in my eyes it is a superb ADAC campground is open to debate.

Spending the Night in the Helicopter is Simply Genius.

My son (11) and I were allowed to sleep a night in the helicopter. Simply genius. Just the two of us on our own little island. Only we had access to our accommodation, via a raft. Sleeping a night in a real helicopter. Everything was available! Even TV, kettle, fan, trash can and our own terrace with cool furniture. However, the best part was, of course, our packed breakfast picnic basket, with everything inside! Access to the swimming pool was also included! An unforgettable trip!

The campsite at Akkeetien op de Voorst is a smaller to medium-sized campsite near a beautiful Dutch village.
