The staff is unfortunately very unfriendly and completely unable to think even a little to the right and left. Unbelievably uncooperative. And unfortunately also very unfriendly towards children. Even the playground cannot be used between 1 PM and 3 PM, and also not after 9 PM. I've never experienced anything like this. Children are probably very unwelcome here. Apart from that, it is outrageously expensive; better campsites on the Baltic Sea are significantly cheaper. We later had email contact with the campground, while I wrote in a friendly manner from my side, I received an incredibly rude response. It is clean and nicely arranged. We will definitely not be coming back.

Top camping facility. We have been coming here for the third year now and it is always top-notch. The facility is clean, sanitary facilities are clean and tidy, staff are friendly and courteous. You have everything you need. Just a stone's throw over the dike to Grömitz, the climbing park, or to the water. TOP. With the size of the pitches, there is something for everyone. At Igor's you can enjoy a great meal with drinks in nice company to conclude your stay. For us, it's a 5-star site. Always happy to return. Thank you Ute and Jens

Clean site, good value for money, nice staff, smooth handling, very clean sanitary facilities! Dog friendly and lovely fellow campers. The bistro offers everything you need. Unfortunately, it was often closed at times when we wanted to eat, even though it was supposed to be open, very unfortunate. Great location of the site. I can only recommend it.

We were there at Pentecost, received a warm welcome and were allowed to enter and set up before 3 PM. We got a very nice large spot where we could really spread out. Clean sanitary facilities, there were 2 of them in total, so there was no waiting time, the reception was very nice - always helpful. The site manager was always around and ready for a chat, also very nice. It is about 2.5 km to Grömitz on foot and even faster by bike. A short walk to the beach with small bars where you can stop. The bistro - super delicious food, very nice service and owner, the rolls were always there on time and we didn’t have to stand in line. They should definitely keep the operator of the bistro. I don’t know why people complain about noise levels, that’s just how it is when you visit a family campsite and it was quiet after 10 PM. So we enjoyed it and would come back again, there’s nothing to complain about....Super great campsite.

Kindness is written very, very small here in this place...you can hardly read it. Since the mother of the current operators passed away, the two brothers see only the Euro bills that each camper deposits into their cash register, the camper as such does not interest anyone here. The staff has mostly quickly adjusted their tone in dealing with the campers. I will continue to camp...but where one is treated more kindly. Good luck to the campers who are still enduring there...until the next bad news.

The groundskeeper is rough and not exactly customer-oriented. No card payment for shower tokens to recharge. Old caravans and mobile homes are just sitting around. Waste is separated but the bins are constantly full. The cheapest toilet paper I saw in all of Europe!!!!

The holiday meadow (without water supply/sewage) is well-maintained but unfortunately not partitioned. Everyone is somehow and somewhere. The toilet and shower house (paid via Zapkey) is clean but felt infinitely far away for holidaymakers on the meadow. The trash is well separated. Reception and site manager are nice and helpful. The playground is unsuitable for small children. The restaurant, when open, has a great tasty kitchen. There are also newspapers, rolls, and ice cream available. A tourist tax is charged by the municipality. During the (summer) holidays, there is a daily limited children's entertainment. Overall, recommendable.

Due to its ideal location on the idyllic Baltic Sea coast, permanent campers like to spend several months at the Ahoi Camping Grömitz campsite. The well-kept site is also ideal for short stays for families with children or camping with dogs.
Camping Ahoi Camping Grömitz is around 3 km from the centre of one of Germany's oldest Baltic seaside resorts. A daily shuttle bus takes guests to the picturesque town of Grömitz with its 400 metre-long pier and 4 kilometre-long promenade right on the coast, with numerous restaurants and shops. Holidaymakers can also enjoy the fresh sea air on the extensive sandy beach, which is just a few minutes' walk from the 430 pitches. Active guests like to explore the Wagrien peninsula in the north-east of the Bay of Lübeck on two wheels. The Baltic Sea coastal cycle path runs right past the site. In a southerly direction, the route leads past the marina to the cliffs around Bliesdorf and offers magnificent views.
Camping Ahoi Camping Grömitz has plenty to offer not only adults, but also the youngest members of the family. Families can meet at the well-maintained playground and during the summer months the Kids Club opens with an exciting holiday programme. The little ones can take part in the children's Olympics or the beach castle competition or practise their singing skills at the karaoke. The 100,000 m² "Noah's Ark" zoo in Grömitz is an exciting excursion destination for animal lovers - with exotic animals such as kangaroos, lions and leopards.
