We are a couple with a small dog and have spent five days here with breakfast... it was very hot, but no one can help with that ;) The breakfast is sensationally good and the owner family is very nice and accommodating... the sanitary facilities are good but not outstanding... it is more than local standard... there are many flies, but that is normal in this area and there are several traps set up... the pool is unfortunately still under construction and was missing for us here at 38 degrees... We had water and electricity at the site, wastewater must be disposed of at a central spot... with the e-bike we explored quite a bit, it takes a good half hour to get to Lake Garda, the left side of the Muncio River is recommended as the cycle path is well developed and paved there... there are paradisiacal opportunities for children to keep busy... also suitable for teenagers up to about 14 years old... the Italians are incredibly fond of children! :) our dog was also welcomed very nicely and felt very comfortable here...
