Well located, sanitary facilities quite new and well maintained. Lots of greenery, "in the middle" of the forest. Quite cool in the valley, also quite pleasant even on very warm days. Good for starting MTB tours. Bus connection within 5 minutes on foot. Good connections.

Quiet, in the middle of the Chiemgau Alps

We were there for 3 nights on our way, and we were quite pleased. It was quiet, the surroundings offer many leisure activities, such as the fairy tale park in Marquartstein, which is worth visiting for visitors of all ages. Hiking trails start right from the site, the Wössen Lake can be reached in 20 minutes on foot via an easy hiking path, and for those who do not want to walk that far, there is a swimming spot in the Wössen stream directly at the site. A small playground, petting zoo, and pony riding opportunities complete the children's program. The sanitary facilities are a bit older, but in good condition and were always clean. There is a bread roll service that works well too. I guess we will come again.

The Litzelau motorhome and caravan park offers its guests an excellent location surrounded by impressive mountain scenery and close to many natural and cultural attractions. With modern facilities and a peaceful ambience, nothing stands in the way of a varied and relaxing holiday.

Cosy campsite in a natural setting in the beautiful Chiemgau region

The approximately 4.5-hectare campsite is open all year round and allows dogs. A total of 65 holiday pitches between 80 and 120 m² in size are available, most of which are parcelled out. Maximum living comfort is provided by electricity, WLAN throughout the site, cooking and washing facilities and two large sanitary blocks. Younger guests can look forward to a petting zoo and a playground. Table tennis tables and a bowling alley provide fun and games for all age groups. There is also something for adults in the form of a relaxing wellness area including sauna, solarium and whirlpool. Whatever the weather, the recreation room with kitchenette and TV is the perfect place to relax.
